A poet in Catalan and Spanish, he wrote simultaneously – he did not translate: this question is dealt with in depth in his book Poetics –all his work in both languages. Born in Sanaüja (Segarra, Catalonia) in 1938. He spent his childhood, adolescence and early youth in Barcelona, Rubí, Figueres, Girona and Tenerife. An architect by profession, he was professor of Structural Calculation at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona. He died in Sant Just Desvern on February 16, 2021.
